Commercial Activation Manager, Finland

Espresso House is seeking a Commercial Activation Manager to join our Commercial Team in a newly created role.
As our Commercial Activation Manager for the Finnish market, you have the chance to make a real impact. You’ll join Espresso House at a time of growth and transformation. We’re building something big – and in Finland, we’re only just getting started. You’ll work closely with the Finnish operations team while being part of an international commercial team. You’ll lead by influence, working across departments, functions, and countries to make sure we deliver strong commercial performance in Finland, turning our Nordic strategy into campaigns and initiatives that truly address our Finnish guests.
Your key responsibilities
As our Commercial Activation Manager for Finland, you will:
- Localize and execute Nordic marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
- Collaborate with the local Operations Managers to ensure strong in-store brand experience
- Own the execution of merchandising, pricing input, and product launches in Finland
- Plan and manage brand events and local activations
- Contribute insights from the Finnish market to shape Nordic commercial decisions
- Work closely with Brand, Digital, PR, and Product teams across markets to align and amplify campaigns
What we’re looking for?
We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 4+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or commercial strategy – preferably in retail, hospitality, or FMCG
- Are used to leading in a matrix without direct reports, and enjoy collaborating across teams and cultures
- Can work hands-on with campaigns while seeing the bigger commercial picture
- Are fluent in English and Finnish
- Are curious, structured, creative – and love bringing plans to life

In addition, we will train you to become a barista, so you can apply for this position even if you are not familiar with the world of coffee shops.
